We bid farewell to Sonya Marie Buckingham of Osceola, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 10, 2025 at the age of 60. Sonya Marie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert James DeVore and Dianna Lynne DeVore (Hall); her brothers, David Wayne, Jeffrey Allen, Terry Robert and Tim Charles; her child Trae Thomas; her close friends, Donna and Doug Hill; her stepsister Stefanie Decker; her brothers-in-law, Fred Buckingham and Ken Husak; her nephews, Nathan Dale, Luke Helton and Robert Husak; her husband Brent Thomas Buckingham; her daughters, Nichole Norman (Kyle) and Whitney Hanthorn (Scott); her brothers, Dave DeVore (Kim), Jeff DeVore (Trish), Terry DeVore (Amy) and Tim DeVore (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Asher, Kynzer, Henlee, Brenlyn Norman, Layla, Blair and Joel Hanthorn; her mother-in-law Rosetta Buckingham; her stepmother Nancy DeVore; and also Sondra. She was also cherished by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
