He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Earl Franks Sr. and Mary Franks (Martin). He is survived by: his children, James Franks (Beth) of Sugar Land, Texas and Dara Repass (Joe Repass) of Osceola, Iowa; and his sisters, Anne Welker of Murray and Maryln Fleming of Prairie City, Iowa. He is also survived by four grandsons; two granddaughters; and four great-granddaughters.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kale Funeral Home - Osceola (301 S Main St, Osceola, IA 50213). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
