He is survived by: his mother Beverly Jean Havlik (Jim) of Ankeny, IA; his wife Annette Havlik of Osceola; his children, Michael Havlik Weldon (Kristin), Kristin Oswald Urbandale (Cory) and Terence Havlik Las Vegas of Nevada; his grandchildren, Chase Crawford, Morgan Havlik, Ace Currie, Aria Currie, Isaac Oswald, Jade Havlik and Owen Oswald; his mother-in-law Nancy Reeter of Chillicothe, MO; his siblings, Steven Havlik (Pam) of Robbinsdale, MN, Gordon Havlik of Ankeny, IA and Leanne Stueck (Scott) of Elkhart, IA; and his brothers-in-law, Jamie Reeter (Ginger) of Dawn, MO and Justin Reeter of Dawn, MO. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and friends.
