He was predeceased by: his parents, Doretha Freeman and Gerald Freeman; his brother Gerald Jr.; and his stepson Myron Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Jo; and his close friend Jo. He is also survived by six sisters, four brothers, 5children, 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
