He is survived by: his parents, Dean Floyd and Ruth Arlyne Floyd (Heintz); his wife Casi Dawn Johnson of Osceola, IA; his children, Erica McMahon (Ben) of Tacoma, WA, Shelly Floyd of Dubuque, IA, Brittany Floyd of Dubuque, IA and Taven Floyd of Osceola, IA; his grandson Emmett McMahon of Tacoma, WA; his sisters, Deana Wood of Laramie, WY, Terry Floyd of Phoenix, AZ, Shelley Smith (Rod) of New London, IA, Madeline Adams (Rick) of Osceola, IA, Gail Cordell (Larry) of Lenox, IA, Tracy Evans (Mark) of Creston, IA and Kathy Love of Iowa; the mother of his children Gladys Evans of Dubuque, IA; his father-in-law Gary Henry (Debra) of Osceola, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Jodi Johnson of Osceola, IA and Tyler Henry (Shawna) of Osceola, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins other relatives and many friends.
