He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman A. Oliver and Nellie M. Oliver (Sinift); his wife Audrey Jean Johnson; and his siblings, Gerald Oliver, Donna Cheek and Carolyn Holdridge.

He is survived by: his daughter Janet Adair (Mike) of Memphis, TN; and his granddaughters, Rachel Adair of Verona, Stephanie Adair of Little Rock and Ana Lucia Ovando of Guatemala.

Due to the Covid-19 (corona virus) pandemic with the gathering of individuals prohibited, a family graveside service was held Monday, April 13, 2020.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a tribute donation may be made in his name to the Alzheimer's Association at 225 N. Michigan Ave. - Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
