She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Rumley; her son Tony Bethards; her parents, John Bethards and Elsie Bethards; her in-laws, Roy and Helen Rumley; her brothers, Dwain and Denzle Bethards; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Bethards and Linda Rumley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marla Garity of Washington, Iowa and Sheila Kentner (Roger) of Osceola, Iowa; her grandchildren, Jill Poindexter of New Virginia, Scott Bethards (Heather) of Leighton, Cari Bethards of Pleasantville, Michele Langenberg (Tony) of Hickory Creek, Danielle Stouder (Ryan) of Washington, Nichole Hollinger (Katrin) of Ames and Nathan Kentner (Becca) of Osceola; her great grandchildren, Leyton, Landyn, Kensley Bethards, Blake Kingsley, Reagan, Sydney Stouder, Ida, Wilma Hollinger, Justin Adams, Shelby, Caleb and Jacob Kentner; her brother-in-law Ray Rumley; and her grandson-in-law Brent Poindexter. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to the Clarke County Hospital Auxiliary in memory of Mary Anne.
