We are sad to announce that on June 22, 2024, at the age of 86, Linda Lou Reed of Osceola, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Allen Smith and Motta Lena Smith (Miller); her children, Jody Lee Legler (Reed) and Gary Lewis Reed; her siblings, Mildred Tuttle, Lavere, Robert (Bob), Wesley and Dick Smith; her in-laws, Guy and Mamie Reed; and her siblings-in-law, Darold, Marion Reed and Shirley Hart.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Reed of Osceola, IA; her daughters, Cindy Reed (Bud Jones) of Osceola, IA and Susan Reed (Chris Illg) of Cainsville, MO; her son-in-law Art Legler; her grandchildren, Cole Page (Tara), Cass Page (Chelsea), Justin Jones, Gavin Jones, Brekk Illg, Robbie Burchartz (Morgan), Alishia Johnson, Nicole Brown, Madison Gonseth, Maryn Illg and Addisyn Illg; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Dorland of Osceola, IA. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great grandchild; nephews and nieces and many dear friends.
Interment will be in the Maple Hill CemeteryMemorial contributions may be directed to her family for a fitting tribute to be decided at a later date.
