She was predeceased by: her husband Earl; and her siblings, John Bollenbaugh, Larry Bollenbaugh, Marilyn Anderson and Jeannie Browning.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Culver (Carla) of Verona and Jerry Culver (Connie) of McFarland, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Josh Culver (Alex) of Madison, Jenny Culver of Dubuque, Erin Culver and Annie Culver; her great grandchildren, Jayden and Carter Culver; and her siblings, Jim Bollenbaugh, Kenny Bollenbaugh and Mary Bollenbaugh. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters, and nieces and nephews.
