He is survived by: his wife Barb Chadwick of Osceola; his daughters, Peggy Chadwick-Anderson (Mick) of Lexington, OK, Patty Chadwick-Reece (Bill) of Ozark, MO, Lorie Howe (Brad) of New Virginia, IA, Angie Buckingham (Dan) of Van Wert, IA and Gabe Leeps (Jumps) of Van Wert, IA; his sisters, Karen Skinner of El Cajon, CA and Judy Cartwright of Coralville, IA; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Stevie Anderson, Tabatha, Jory Perry, Taylor Anderson, Casey Graham, Jacque Graham, Zach Reece, Jackson Reece, Sara Hiatt (Jarrod Justus), Brittany McComas, Skylar Johnson, Julia Walther, Danielle, Pete Kelloway, Clint, Jenny Buckingham, Tyler Willke, Dustin, Shannon Willke, Jake Leeps (Alex Boyce), Harley Leeps and Charley Leeps; his great grandchildren, Brodie Anderson, Breckyn Anderson, Sutton Perry, Saige Cornelison, Blaine Cornelison, William Noble, Jasmyn Noble, Roman Noble, Charlee Kelloway, Savvy Kelloway, Nash Leeps, Ethan McComas, Axel McComas, Jaylee McComas, Brantley Buckingham and Blakely Buckingham; and his great great grandchild River Carrico. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
