He is survived by: his wife Jody Colleen Allen; and his children, Teri Oliver, Tammy Page (Jeff), Tracy Grothe (Steve) and Tim Allen (Shelly). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
