He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn "Bob" Denly and Bernice Denly (Wilkins). He is survived by: his son Lance Denly of Osceola, IA; his brother Jim Denly (Lana) of Osceola, IA; his niece Nicole Dighton (Rob) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his nephew Jeff Denly of Des Moines, IA; his great-niece Kennedy of Cedar Rapids, IA; and his great-nephew Carson Dighton of Cedar Rapids, IA. He is also survived by other relatives and numerous friends.
