She is survived by: her mother Marlene Beverly Rose Clayton of Osceola, IA; her son Michael Beltz of Osceola, IA; her brother Anthony Clayton (Shiela) of Youngstown, OH; her siblings-in-law, Rachel Clayton of Cedar Rapids, IA and Clayton Stokley of Indianapolis, IN; her nieces, Brooke Clayton, Jackie Clayton and Shelby Clayton of Cedar Rapids, IA; and her nephew Dustin Clayton of Youngstown, OH. She is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
