He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kenneth Adcock and Gladys Arlene Adcock (Deney). He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Osceola; his children, Debbie Adcock of Osceola, Janee Umbarger of Independence Missouri and Andrea Hingeley (Quentin) of Diagonal; his siblings, Howard (Betty) of Newton, Sheila Nelson of Altoona and Carol Stites (Mike) of Altoona; his grandchildren, Arnanda Claibourn (Ty) of Neodesha, Andrew (Kelli) of Ferndale, Scott Robertson of Parsons, Breanna Umbarger of Miami and Caitlyn Umbarger of Independence; and his great grandchildren, Ella Green, Carter Green, Jase Green and Vada Claibourn of Neodesha. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be directed to his family for a fitting tribute to be decided at a later date.
