He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milan Lorraine Welker and Marie Pauline Wetzel Welker; his former wife Anna May Franks Webb; his nephew Marty Robins; his stepson Kenny Webb; his wife Anne Welker of Murray, IA; his stepdaughter Becky Rodgers (Kevin) of Williamstown, MO; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Reed of Lineville, Joshua Webb of Winterset, Jenny Snead (David) of Hannibal, MO and Eric Rodgers (Kristina) of Williamstown, MO; his sister Delores Robins (Gary) of Murray, IA; his niece Christie Robins of Murray, IA; his nephews, Rick Robins (Diana) of Murray, IA and Dean Robins (Janet) of Murray, IA; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Blake Rodgers, Jenna Rodgers, Kamden Rodgers and Kenna Snead. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
