He is survived by: his wife Patty Downard of Osceola, IA; his mother Betty Downard of Osceola, IA; his daughter Stephanie Nichole Gabrielle Downard (Aaron Clark) of Osceola, IA; his grandchildren, Bobby Anderson, Tyler Clark and Isabella Clark; his aunt Sally Dykes of Leon, IA; his nephew Bill Hart (Sherry) of Mercer, MO; and his great-nieces, Olivia Hart and Taylor Hart. He is also survived by many other relatives and numerous friends.
