He is survived by: his wife Carmon Proctor of Osceola, Iowa; his daughter Debbie Leeper (Ron) of Des Moines, Iowa; his grandsons, Greg (Hillary Leeper) and Ryan (Joy Leeper); his great grandchildren, Abby, Anna, Evangeline, Jacob and Henry Leeper; and his siblings, Diane (Larry White), Dave (Carol Proctor), Dale (Darlene Proctor) and Doris (Burl Tranbarger). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
