She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Lorraine Welcher. She is survived by: her mother Doris Evelyn Welcher (Jones); and her siblings, John Welcher (Jennifer) and Kathy Roberts of Osceola, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
