It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Sue Clemens (Osceola, Iowa), who passed away on October 10, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virgil Powell and Doris Marie Chumbley Powell; her former husband Bob Clemens; her husband Grant Ulysses Smart; her grandson Jesse Johnston; her children, Kelly Smart of Woodburn, IA, Kirby Clemens of Tucson, AZ and Kayla Smart (Greg Schrantz) of Tucson, AZ; her grandchildren, Kelly Jo Johnston (Richard) of Chariton, IA, Michael Schrantz, Brigitte Lemister (Eric) of Tucson, AZ and Kirby Schrantz of Tucson, AZ; her great grandchildren, Logan Johnston of New Virginia, IA, Tiffany Johnston of Prairie City, IA, Macy Johnston of Chariton, IA and Shelby Johnston of Chariton, IA; and her cousins, Lucille Reynolds of Osceola, IA, Donna Carson (John) of Woodburn, IA and Sara Carson of Woodburn, IA.. She was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
