Though Alvina Virginia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Alvina Virginia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Anthony Veasman and Lura Mae Veasman (Gliem). She is survived by: her husband Larry Smith of Osceola, IA; and her sons, Mike Smith (Kelcie) of Chester, VA and Dennis Smith (Vickie) of Decatur, IA. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, as well as other relatives and many friends.
