She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Fritcher and Mamie Fritcher; her husband Gerald Francis; her sons, Gary, James and David; and her siblings, Roy, Earl Fritcher and Pearl Rawn.
She is survived by: her children, Colleen Counsell (Mike) of Gainesville Florida, Herb of Las Cruces, Ken (Shea) of Cedar Rapids and Robert of Manly.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Senior Center or Osage United Methodist Church.
