She was predeceased by: her parents, Stannard Hill and Amy Hill (DeLaney); her husband Birchard; her daughters, Merry Lynn Balsley and Sandy Lang; her grandson Blake Lang; and her brother Keith Hill.
She is survived by: her spouse A. J. Balsley; her children, Kent Balsley (Tari) of Nora Springs, Brad Balsley (Jill) of Orchard, Jayne Olsen (Jeff) of Osage, Ginger Hanson (Brent) of Ankeny and Richard Balsley of Huxley; and her siblings, Ron Hill (Karen) of Orlando, Florida, Carol Shanahan of Jacksonville and Kay Hill of Webster. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
