He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dean and Leona Dean (Miller); and his sisters, Lois Haugen and Bernice Hartwig. He is survived by: his wife MaryLou Klemesrud; his daughters, Julie Clark (Larry) of Waterloo, Lori Nikolas (Mike) of Blue Springs and Sheri Dean (Cynthia Evans) of Rockford, Illinois.; and his grandchildren, Jason Hemann (Katrina), Justin Hemann (Jennifer), Dana White (Chad), Micaela Myres (Thomas), Brian Clark (Sarah) and Jennifer Hauser (Chris).
