It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Krahn of Osage, Iowa, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elroy Krahn and Alda Krahn (Ahrens); his brother Gene Krahn; his brothers-in-law, Howard Hoisington, Lloyd Gerbig, Leo Maas and Gary Odekirk; and his nephew Brian Hoisington.
He is survived by: his wife Rosella Maas; his son Wayne Krahn (Lu Anne) of Johnston; his grandchildren, Jenna, Kara and Tyler; his son Randy Krahn (Jody) of Rochester; his granddaughter Ella; his daughter Karla Spangenberg (Matt) of Merservey; his grandson Matthew; and his siblings, Ronald Krahn (Sue) of Waco, Texas and Myrna Hoisington of Orchard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
