She is survived by: her husband Ronald Eugene Smith of Osage; her children, Steven Lee, Cheryl Gast (Bruce) of Osage and Steve Smith of Kansas City, Missouri; her grandsons, Ben Gast (Kristina) of Durant and Matt Gast (Melanie) of Osage; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Colby, Macy and Max.
