She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Dieterichs and Alice Dieterichs (Rosenberg); her husband Merle "Mike"; and her parents-in-law, Sidney Penney (Helen), Vinus "Bill" Penney (Lorraine), Doris Canny (Glen), Babe Canny (Cliff) and Earle Penney (Beverly).
She is survived by: her son Mark Penney (Cathy) of Osage; her grandson Kent Penney (April); her great grandchildren, Violet, Brek, Dax and Daphne of Melbourne; her grandson Scott Penney (Hollie); her great grandchildren, Addilyn, Reagan and Amelia of Jordan, Minnesota; her brother Larry Dieterichs (Roma) of Waverly; and her aunt Dolores Fleming (Paul) of Plymouth, Minnesota. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
