He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Goergen and Anna Goergen (Smith); his brothers, George and Roman; his former wife Marian Goergen (Cashman); his son Patrick Goergen; his wife Florence Prescott; his children, Mary Dau (Kirk) of Ames, IA, Terry of Crestone, CO and Bill (Joan) of Waconia, MN; his daughter-in-law Barbara Goergen (Tom Flagg) of Waynesville, NC; and his stepdaughter-in-law Fran Prescott of Boynton Beach, FL. He was also cherished by nine Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans.
