He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Rowcliffe; his children, Jason Dammen (Mindy) of Glenwood, Iowa, Chad Dammen (Michelle) of Jenison, Michigan, Josh Dammen (Ashley) of Osage, Iowa and Lynn Hain (Adam); his siblings, Larry (Andrea) and Carole; and his grandchildren, Cadence, Emma, Jevin, Carter, Sage, Luke, Abe, Aizlee, Kynleigh, Grayson and Rhett.
