He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Campbell and Florence Campbell (Cobeen); his siblings, Gerald, Kenneth Campbell, Larry Campbell (Barb) and Beverly Riehm; and his nephews, Shannon and Grant Campbell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Heimer (Ted) of Osage, Betty Weipert of Osage, James Campbell of Mason City and Mary Lou Dust (Terry) of Hemet, California; and his sisters-in-law, Rosalie Campbell and Sharon Campbell.
