He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Whitaker and Helen Whitaker; his wife Eileen K. Krogstad; and his niece Peggy Harris. He is survived by: his nieces, Dell Abben, Karen Moore, Jill Schaaban, Colette Harp and Randi Johnston.
