He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Ray Bohannon, Sr. and Anna Belle Bohannon-Mitchell (Hensley); his sons, Jimmy and Jessie; and also Patrick Bohannon, Jr..
He is survived by: his girlfriend Julie Ackley of Osage; his daughters, Megan Drewelow (Vern) of New Hampton and Jessica Bohannon of Osage; his grandchildren, Alexis Herman of Cedar Falls, Kaleb Herman of Mason City, Julia Herman of Ionia, Tyson Smolik and Saylor McFarland of Osage; his siblings, Linda Crow (Bobby) of DeWitt, Mary Ann Ross of DeWitt, Laura Cupples (Jimmy) of DeWitt, Bill Bohannon of Mammoth Spring and Lawrence Bohannon (Heather) of Mountain Home; and his sister-in-law Edna Bunn (Mike) of Rockford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
