She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosaline Behl (Groth) and Paul Behl; her significant other Garth Jordan; her sister Maxine Gunderson; her daughter Cindy Townsend; her daughter-in-law Nancy Brenner; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Morris, LaVerne Gunderson and Al VanMeveren.
She is survived by: her former spouse Verlyn Armstrong; her children, Kim LeMere (Paul) of Stevens Point, WI, Tracy Cesari (Vince) of Chisholm, MN, Todd Armstrong (Mary Jo) of Eau Claire, WI, Quinn Armstrong of Hyannis, NE and Amy Armstrong of Duluth, MN.; her close friend Garth Jordan; her sisters, Lois Morris of Mason City, IA and Myrna VanMeveren of Madison, SD; and her grandchildren, Jess, Mary LeMere, Melissa, Clint Ritzer, Joel, Tyler Townsend, Rochelle and Vincent Armstrong.
