He is survived by: his mother Joyce Huisman of Forest City; his brother Justin Huisman (Lacey); his niece Sophia; his nephew Henry of Osage; his grandparents, Marlene Goodale of Little Cedar, Vernon Goodale, Richard and Minnie Huisman; and his uncle Jack Goodale. He is also survived by step-brother, many half-brothers, half -sister, aunts, uncles and cousins.
