With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Kay Riker (Osage, Iowa), who passed away on November 5, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Wigant and Carlene Wigant (Reed); her husband James Riker; her sons, John David Bierbrodt and Samuel James Riker; and her siblings, Maylon Wigant and Berdene Heck.
She is survived by: her former husband David Bierbrodt; her children, Sterling Bierbrodt (Julie) of Osage, Jan Vaage (Mark) of Mason City, Ken Bierbrodt-Reiser (David) of Bastrop, TX, Todd Bierbrodt (Mary) of Meroa and Angel Dillon (Charles) of Hampton; her stepchildren, Teo Riker of Hampton, IA and Rosa Brunson (Tom) of Spring Valley, MN; and her siblings, Maxine Sholly (Ed), Leanna Miller, Lowell Wigant (Kathy) and Melvin Wigant. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren.
