She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Paul McCarthy; her daughter Rose Marie; her grandson Danny; her great grandchild Mallory; and her siblings, Helen Brown, Virginia Mullenbach, Irvin, Albert, Delphin, Ralph and Norbert Mullenbach.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen McCarthy of McIntire, Dale McCarthy (Audrey) of McIntire, Mary Underdahl of Stacyville, Joyce Berens (Jim) of Goodyear, Nancy McCarthy of La Crosse and Ruth Weber (Donald) of Omro, Wisconsin.; and her grandchildren, Chad McCarthy (Pam), Kristin Newton (Bill), Melissa Sprau (Andrew), Adam McCarthy (Sharleen), Amber Shafer (Travis), Renee Molina (Kenny), Josie Horn (Kasey), Mercedes Lesmeister, Kate Hudson (Garrett) and Emma Weber. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
