She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Stackhouse and Martha Stackhouse (Hansen); her husband Gerald; her son Jeffery Jay; and her sisters, Delaine Jones and Kathryn "Arlo" Laipple.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Fredericks (Ruth) of Osage, Al Fredericks (Rose) of Northwood, Bill Fredericks, Sandy Adams (Randy) of Osage, Ivan Fredericks (Robin) of Northwood and Dee Ann Fredericks (Paul Leinen) of Norwalk; and her grandchildren, Angela Anderson (Ryan), Tony Fredericks, Teri Clough (Jay), Adam Steele (Darcy), Eve Northway (Leman), Kelly Hinnen (Kent), Jessie Miller (Marty), Tim Fredericks (Jenny), Ashley Fredericks and Cody Fredericks.
