He is survived by: his wife Phyllis of Mitchell, IA; his sons, Tracy Lee Levendusky (Laurie) of Osage, IA and Troy Jay Levendusky of Osage, IA; his grandchildren, Tate Dean Levendusky (Maddie) of Minneapolis, MN, Wade Lee Levendusky (Katie Mayer) of Riceville, IA and Joy Anna Levendusky (Daniel); and his siblings, J. Russel Levendusky (Janet) of Harrison, AR, John Levendusky of Waterloo, IA and Rose Mary Levendusky of Waterloo, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
