She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Hoisington and Doris Hoisington; her husband Dale Decklever; and her brother Howard. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Heffron (Mike) of Osage and Tracy Decklever of Osage; her grandsons, Trey Jacobs (Amber) and Cory Jacobs (Robyn) of Osage; her great grandchildren, Isabelle Jacobs, Addison Jacobs, Corbin Jacobs, Lilly Jacobs, Madden Jacobs, Cooper Jacobs, Harrison Jacobs and Mila Jacobs of Osage; her stepgrandchildren, Cara Heffron and Matt Heffron (Katlyn); and her brother Lee Hoisington of Orchard. She is also survived by her family and a big supporter of her children and grandchildren.
