He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Suchy and Anita Suchy (Dettmann); and his nephew Robert Gerriets. He is survived by: his wife Betty Schrage; his stepdaughters, Jackie Porter and Jean Canny of Osage; his sister Ann Gerriets; and his nephew Mike Gerriets of Waubay, SD.. He is also survived by 3 grandsons, 3 great-grandsons and 1 great-great granddaughter.
