He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Glen and Estelle Fay Blazek (Westphal). He is survived by: his partner Lea Clayton of Orient; his stepchildren, Matt Clayton (Abbey) of Lorimor and Michelle Brock (Eddie) of Van Meter; his grandchildren, Hazin, Hank, Nash, Roen and Novi; and his siblings, Wesley Blazek, Phyllis Blazek, Arlan Blazek (Deb), Joy Palmitier and Mary Peterson (Mike). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials: May be directed to the Steve Blazek Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
