With solemn reverence, we commemorate Steve Blazek of Orient, Iowa, whose life came to an end on December 25, 2024 at the age of 55, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Glen and Estelle Fay Blazek (Westphal). He is survived by: his partner Lea Clayton of Orient; his stepchildren, Matt Clayton (Abbey) of Lorimor and Michelle Brock (Eddie) of Van Meter; his grandchildren, Hazin, Hank, Nash, Roen and Novi; and his siblings, Wesley Blazek, Phyllis Blazek, Arlan Blazek (Deb), Joy Palmitier and Mary Peterson (Mike). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greenfield United Methodist Church (108 SW 5th St, Greenfield, IA 50849). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials: May be directed to the Steve Blazek Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
