He was predeceased by: his parents, Addie Arrowsmith (Patterson) and Charles Arrowsmith; his parents-in-law, Hattie and Ervin Smith; his siblings, Charles (Mary), Frank, Howard (Edna), Harold (Clara), Gerald (Pat), John, Kenneth Lee, Norman, Larry Joseph, Opal Visner (Edward), Irene Fick and Audrey Caniglia (Ross); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Arrowsmith and Bob Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Arrowsmith of Orient; his son Keven Arrowsmith (Jolene Rosebeck) of Waukee; his grandson Jacob Arrowsmith of Fort Collins, Colorado; his sister Gloria Burns of Sacramento, California; and his sisters-in-law, Ramona Arrowsmith of Sarasota and Deanne Arrowsmith of Glidden, Iowa.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be given to the Orient United Methodist Church or to Everystep Hospice Winterset Team.
