She was predeceased by: her parents, Pier Wiersma and Alyda Wiersma (Kosters); her husband John Foreman; her granddaughter Sheila Foreman; her great grandchild Autumn Elgersma; and her siblings, Sarah "Dolly" Reinsma, Darlene White and Kenneth Wiersma.
She is survived by: her family Alton; her children, Dr. Robert (Charlotte Foreman), William (Wendy Foreman), Linda (Vern Sybesma) and Perry (Roxie Foreman); her grandchildren, Matthew Foreman, Nathan Foreman (Alyssa), Shawn Zwart (Brad), Tim Foreman (Abby), Dan Foreman (Brittany), Lisa Kats (Brad), Rachael Smith (David), Miriam Webster (Todd), Jennifer Elgersma (Phil) and John Foreman (Allison); her sister Helen Huizenga of Orange City; and also, Maurice, John and Wilma. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
