She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hartog and Jeanette Den Hartog (De Jager); her son Joshua Beltman; and her sister Jane Krommendyk. She is survived by: her daughter Laura of Orange City; her husband Daryl Jay Beltman; her siblings, Dennis (Sharon Den Hartog) of Orange City, Marcia (Terry Arends) of Orange City, Becky (Curt Vogel) of Orange City and Donna Den Hartog of Orange City; and her brothers-in-law, Fred Krommendyk of Orange City and Ron Beltman (Mary) of Orange City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the Beltman Family requests memorial gifts be directed to the Orange City Christian School and Unity Christian High School.
