She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wielenga and Shirley Wielenga (De Jong); and her brothers, Arlan Wielenga and Larry Wielenga. She is survived by: her sons, Darren Bruxvoort of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Eric Bruxvoort of Sibley; her granddaughters, Jami Bruxvoort of Lytton and Jennifer Bruxvoort of Sac City; her brothers, Daryl (Lenyce Wielenga) and Brian (Janice Wielenga); and also, Cindy Wielenga of Sioux Center and Mary Ann Wielenga of Sioux Center.

Memorials will be given to Breast Cancer Research.
