He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Faye Kuiken; his children, Jay (Val Brink) of Sioux Center, Ann (David "Chuck" Vander Vegte) and Kay (Steve Grosvenor); his grandchild Jaclyn (Brink); his husband Austin Van Beek; and his siblings, Linda (John Schulte) of Orange City and Delmar Brink of Des Moines. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
