He is survived by: his parent Thresa Elaine Jacobsma (Anema) of Orange City; his wife Melinda Gay Dykstra; his children, Brittney (Keith Kooistra) of Sioux Center, Tyler Jacobsma (Danielle) of Sioux Center, LaTasha (Blake Kruger) of Sioux Center, Alexa (Riley Hoekstra) of Orange City, Lucas Jacobsma (Morgan) of Sioux Falls and Lindsey Jacobsma of Orange City; his grandchildren, Bentley (Tatum Kooistra), Aria Fankl, Jayde (Kyan Kruger) and Kendall Hoekstra; his parent Harlyn Jacobsma; his siblings, Stephanie (Terry Schouten), Camela (Rudy Van), Hof of Ireton and Michael (Jill Jacobsma); his mother-in-law Florence Dykstra of Hospers; and his siblings, Debra (Bart Peters), Wanda (Steve Ruter), Randy (Melanie Dykstra) and Steve (Lori Dykstra).
