He is survived by: his parents, John Jeltema and Jesse Jeltema (Jasper); his spouse Lois Ruth Mulder; his grandchildren, Emily Kooistra, Phil Kooistra, Adam Kooistra and Jeff Jeltema; his great grandchildren, Kaydrian Dean, Kingston Peter and Annistyn Lois Kooistra; his sisters, Gert Rens, Marcia and John Pulscher; and his sister-in-law Henrietta "Nupe" Jeltema.
