She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fedders and Nettie Fedders (Vink); her husband John Edward Maassen; her stepfather Dick; her siblings, Dick Fedders (Gert), Gerald Fedders, Bernice Pruis (Jay), Nettie Mellema (George Smit) and Johanna De Haan (Frank); her siblings-in-law, Gert Eisma (Bert), Elaine Sherman (Robert), Gerrit Maassen and Wally Muilenburg; and her stepsister Alice Mans (Arie).
She is survived by: her child Terry (Cheryl Maassen) of Omaha; her granddaughters, Michelle Brands (Dan), Sara Andringa (Curt) and Kristin Friehe (Mitch); her children, Leroy and Emily Maassen of Maurice; her grandchildren, Stacy Maassen Surat, Aaron Maassen (Marissa), Adam Maassen (Ashley) and Stefan Maassen (Miranda); her children, Marv and Jacki Maassen of Sioux Center; her grandchildren, Mary Maassen, Anna Maassen, Kody Poeckes and Jaden Melnick (Joe); her children, Marcia and Lloyd Cleveringa of Orange City; her grandchildren, Amy De Boer (Jeff), Eric Cleveringa (Jennifer) and Dave Cleveringa (Molly); and her sister-in-law Henrietta Muilenburg of Orange City.
