He is survived by: his parents, Ross Hoekstra and Stacy Lynn Hoekstra (Van Regenmorter) of Orange City; his siblings, Avett and Zola of Orange City; his grandparents, Kevin of Sioux Center, Sandy Hoekstra of Sioux Center, Del of Sioux Center and Sue Van Regenmorter of Sioux Center; his aunts and uncles, Rachael of Sioux Center, Tim Vande Hoef of Sioux Center, Ranae of Sioux Center, Tom Draayer of Sioux Center, Ryan, Amy Hoekstra of Norton Shores, Michigan, Jen, Marcus Warolin of Bellingham, Washington, Steph, Dan Van Ruler of Sioux Center, Tim Van Regenmorter of Lynden, Washington, Tricia Van Regenmorter of Sioux Center, Justin and Taylor Van Regenmorter of Chicago, Illinois; and his great-grandparent Evelyn Bakker of Sioux Center.
