She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Dekkers and Marie Dekkers (Vander Lugt); her parents-in-law, Walt and Jesamine Groeneweg; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Obbink, Wally Groeneweg, Ronald Groeneweg and Verlyn Groeneweg.

She is survived by: her husband William Groeneweg; her children, Cindy (Jerry Vande Pol) of Sioux Falls, Adrie (Marla Groeneweg) and Scott (Kim Groeneweg); her grandchildren, Tara Westerman (Jeremy), Lance Vande Pol (Briana), Crista Ballard (Steven), Jesamine Helenburg (Greg), Spencer Groeneweg (Lauren), Ross Groeneweg (Kayla), Trenton Groeneweg (Leah), Brady Groeneweg (Makayla Van Koevering), Dylan Groeneweg, Faythe Groeneweg and Tait Groeneweg; her great grandchildren, Beck, Remy, Gabriel Westerman, Liliah Vande Pol, Winston Ballard, Haden and Adrienne Groeneweg; her siblings, Wilma Obbink and Daryl (Carolyn Dekkers); and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Groeneweg and Carol (Dallas Apol). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
